In a world of many faiths and ideologies, is it reasonable to claim exclusive truth for a particular Christian view? How should Christians regard other religions? Are there limits to tolerance? Are we doomed to an inevitable conflict of religions? On his second visit to Trinity we know Professor Ward will be challenging and entertaining but will he have any answers? Keith Ward, recently retired, was Professor of History and Philosophy of Religion at Kings College, London, and Regius Professor of Divinity at Oxford University. His recent books, on sale at the book-stall, are ‘Why There Almost Certainly Is a God’, ‘Is Religion Dangerous?’ and ‘The God Conclusion: God and the Western Philosophical Tradition’.
