The Trinity Community Project
The Trinity Community Project has been running for 25 years now, supporting vulnerable people in the community. It is a Day Centre for adults with a learning disability, mental health issues and older people.
The Community Project runs in the Church Day Centre room from Monday to Friday. Please see the map on the home page .
